Questa è la forma d'onda sinusoidale perfetta misurata da un analizzatore professionale sulle prese Schuko del PurePower 1050i, operante con un carico lineare del 90%. Questa forma d'onda purificata e dal voltaggio accurato è stata generata collegando il PurePower 1050i alla presa di corrente a muro che nel precedente grafico mostrava come, senza trattamento, fosse estremamente disturbata e distorta.

THD - Total Harmonic Distortion

PurePower completely eliminates 100%  of the waveform distortions and noise from the incoming AC. The brand new sine wave created by the AC regenerator at no or low load contains less than .5% harmonic distortion as an artifact of the regeneration process.

The harmonic bar chart at right illustrates clearly the relationship of power at the fundamental frequency of 60 cycles and the harmonic content from the 90% load example above. The leftmost red bar is the power at the fundamental 60Hz frequency. The second and third bars represent the power at harmonic frequencies.Such harmonic loads do not reduce the total amount of power delivered to the load - and do not affect amplifier power output unless the AC supply is already compromised by high levels of THD, nor do they enter the signal path.
